Job Title: Account Director – Professional Services - Cyber / Security
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 base plus commission

Their technical delivery experts are amongst the best in the industry, which is why their customer relationships are obtained through reputation, integrity and the intimate understanding they develop of their customer challenges from board level and throughout the business.
The key to these relationships is hiring top level Account Directors who come from a consultative selling approach, build credible relationships with FTSE organisations at board level and align professional services to meet their customer needs. We are therefore looking to attract individuals who match this quality criteria, are driven to build long standing relationships with Tier 1 customers and ensure the managed services promised are effective and ultimately tackle the problems at hand.
You will be regularly engaged with Chief Execs, CTO’s, CISO’s who are faced with corporate challenges that effect their business and workforce. You will operate as a key advisor to help them understand the services available to them, most suited to their environment and then align your expert professional services team to delivery high profile programmes. Individuals who are naturally ambitious, trustworthy, consultative, articulate and have the ability to lead customer strategy meetings are the characters we are looking to attract.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Previous Management Consultancy / Professional Services experience would be advantageous
A problem solver - this is an advisory role not a direct sales position. Developing consulting opportunities by providing expert and trusted advice to Clients rather than selling a product or service portfolio
Proven C-Level engagement in a service provider / consulting environment is a must
Board level Account & Relationship management experience is vital
Consultative approach to upselling and aligning professional services to tackle customer challenges. This is business development through relationships
A focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction - quality driven
Capable of leading customer strategy meetings to identify and rationalise the real business needs
A solid understanding of technology consulting would beneficial to ensure credibility with customers. However, this role is not selling software!
