They provide multiple services including, agile transformation consulting, cyber security consulting and much more!

The business is now looking to hire top level Agile Transformation Consultants due to there incredible success and impressive pipeline ahead. Individuals who are naturally ambitious, trustworthy, consultative, articulate and have the ability to lead large scaled agile transformation projects and can deliver this confidently, are the characters we are looking to attract. You will be required to be heavily client facing, required to cross-sell your consulting services and expected to demonstrate a high level of project management skills including setting deliverables and road-mapping.

Essential experience required:

  • Demonstrated and proven background in agile transformation.

  • High level of consulting skills and experience working in large complex environments

  • A proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines

  • A clear client-focused mentality and be able to respond to their business needs appropriately

  • Exceptional drive, interpersonal skills, and credibility to collaborate with clients, peers, and senior management to help develop solutions

  • A strong ability to present solutions to senior stakeholders and gain their buy-in

  • A successful degree-level academic background

  • A strong passion for quality deliverables

  • Ambition and a strong work ethic, along with a passion for the quality of your work

  • Excellent presentation, report writing and articulation skills

  • A clear collaborative working style and evidence of being a team player
