The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in Product Marketing and has worked in a variety of industry’s as this is a company looking for people with fresh ideas that can help them truly make a difference. You will be the first Product Marketing Manager on the ground, with the ambition to go grow with the company. This role, is suitable for someone who can work well under pressure, stick to deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
Key Skills & Expertise
Experience and Responsibilities
Proven previous experience in working closely with a technical team, and deep proof of product knowledge and understanding.
Experience in working with a company that you have previously taken a product and portrayed its service to market.
Previous experience in market research and strategy (e.g. user research, competitor reviews, pricing reviews) with a through understanding of ongoing customer needs and trends.
Experience in working with sales teams, empowering them with tools such as sales presentations, conversation guides, white papers, videos, best practice guides, and solution sheets.
Previous experience in leading the go-to-market strategy for new products, including launching strategies, product positioning and messaging.
5 years + Product Marketing experience
3 years + Experience in B2B Marketing
A thorough understanding of the SaaS sector.
A proven ability to work cross-functionally especially within Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
Previous experience in CRMs, CDPs, marketing/ engagement tools, marketing analytics tools, multi-channel marketing tools etc.
Strong technical understanding, with the ability to easily grasp technical capabilities and translate these into customer benefits.
A friendly, approachable manner with a flexible attitude to work.
BA or BS in marketing, business, computer science/engineering or related field.
