Job Title: Technical Team Lead
Salary: up to £65,000 (dependant on experience)

Great opportunity for an experienced Technical Team Lead to join an established and trustworthy team at a Software Development Consultancy that work with high-profile Public-Sector clients. This position is a fully remote and unique working from home opportunity, to work with some of the best technical individuals from all around the country.
Due to the volume of work they are currently enduring, a Technical Team Lead is now needed to run one of their teams of 6 developers. This is a hands-on role that requires you to be a Technical Scrum Master and having prior experience of working with remote teams would definitely be an advantage. As you will be working for a consultancy, you will be exposed to many different and interesting environments and it will give you the opportunity to work with some high-profile clients as the respected Technical Team Lead.

Key Skills & Expertise
Giving strategic direction to the team
Leading, communicating and reporting on progress, deliverables and impediments to the external customer as well as the internal company
Technically lead on technology choice, processes and best practices to be carried out
Key eye for detail to spot individual development areas in the team by performance managing
5+ year’s experience as a Scrum Master / Technical Team Lead
Background in Agile Software Engineering
Open Source Technology (preferably Java)
Hands-on Technical skills and passionate about maintaining your skills (whether that’s Development, Testing, DevOps, Design etc)
Experience of Remote working
SC Clearance / willing to be put under clearance, would be an advantage
Daily co-operation via Slack / Skype4Business, or similar
