A fantastic opportunity to join Bramble People's recruitment delivery team and learn the "Bramble Way" of becoming an expert, quality driven recruitment advisor. You will be helping to source, qualify and build relationships with technical candidates in the market. Working as part of the delivery team, reporting to the Delivery Manager, with the sole aim of providing our Client base with a highly quality recruitment service.

This position is ideal for a bright, enthusiastic, inquisitive and keen learner with an eye for detail. Joining Bramble People will expose you to a variety of different clients and business sectors, where you will gain industry knowledge quickly. You will be joining an experienced team that can provide close mentoring, ensuring you are supported day-to-day as you learn.

You will received in-depth training with a view to eventually manage the full candidate attraction and sourcing lifecycle, your every day duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing relevant IT & Technology related candidates using tools such as Bullhorn CRM system, online job boards and comprehensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Creating job adverts and promoting vacancies using Bullhorn, LinkedIn and job boards

  • Building effective and targeted recruitment campaigns to engage with a quality candidate audience

  • Qualifying candidates in relation to their relevance and interest to specific vacancies

  • Delivering against tight and specifically designed Client timescales

  • Building credible and trusted relationships with your candidate community

  • Provide a trusted, honest and reliable service to both candidate and Client audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Driven to succeed

  • Focused on providing an honest and trusted service

  • Any prior knowledge, training, certification or least a deep interest in the IT industry is a must

  • Well organised, focused and ambitious individual Inquisitive, attention for detail and the intuition to understand the purpose and value of being a trusted recruiter
